Greenwatch is a father-son operation. Father, David and son, Matthew Lenz each have their NC building license and each are dedicated to providing customers with homes that are built to last. Both hold college degrees in construction management and both are dedicated and experienced in the coastal building nuances that a unique to this area of coastal North Carolina.
